A Closer Look at Aiya

Andddd, we're back. We're here with another addition of "All About Aiya," where we give you an insider's look into who we are and what we do.

DID YOU KNOW? While Aiya is a smaller 60-70 seater restaurant, the kitchen is actually the same size as our dining area. Executive Chef Li remarked that he was more focused on serving an unforgettable experience for a smaller crowd, rather than compromise quality for quantity.

DID YOU KNOW? The music played at the restaurant is sourced exclusively from OneReasonRecordings, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that raises funds for social justice through the arts. OneReasonRecordings supports indie artists by creating partnerships that benefit different charities around the world.

DID YOU KNOW? The writing on the mirror wall at Aiya is actually the poem that inspired the design of the restaurant. While traditional Chinese writing is read from right to left and top to bottom, we designed the poem to read left to right and line by line to reflect the fusion concept of the restaurant.

Stay tuned. We may give away some more of our secrets.
