Located in Frisco, Aiya is a reinterpretation of Asian Cuisine, utilizing Modern American and French Technique.

Aiya is located at 9101 Preston Road, on the corner of Preston Road and Main Street. As a fast-casual restaurant, Aiya strives to redefine the boundaries of Asian Cuisine by utilizing familiar fare in unexpected ways. A redefined fast casual dining experience, hosting approximately sixty people, Aiya boasts an equally impressive state-of-the-art kitchen, which is equivalent, in size, to the restaurant's dining space.

The interior of Aiya, designed by Johnathan Chen, was inspired by a poem entitled: "Returning Late on the Road from Pingquan on a Winter's Day". The poem talks about a traveler who is walking through the mountains, as the sun is setting, surrounded by snow-laden trees. The traveler remarks that they might not arrive home before the sun sets, but it's okay as long as they have three cups to drink.

Here at Aiya, regardless of your journey and how far you've traveled, we hope to bring you an unforgettable experience. Through our food and beverage offerings, we hope you'll feel at home, in the poetry-inspired landscape that we've created for you.
